How to become a member of Dealgate
In order to have access to DEALGATE services and its advantages, users are required to apply for membership. Although membership is granted by invitation or recommendation, you can apply by registering. We will have to check and confirm your application.
Membership requirements
DEALGATE demands high ethical and business standards from its members in order to preserve the extraordinary quality and exclusivity of our community. In addition to enjoying a sound market reputation, potential members should fulfil the following basic requirements:
- M&A advisors: membership with an accredited national corporate finance association, or renowned company with continuous deal flow in the past
- Investors: membership with an accredited national private equity or venture capital association, or track record of active investing
- Corporate M&A departments: public listing, or > 500 employees
